Cubs
1st Kettering Cub Group is open to young people aged between 8 and 10 1/2 years of age and they make up the second section in the scouting family. We have a varied and active programe focusing on excitement and adventure aimed toward gaining the young members the Chief Scout Silver Award.
Cubs can take part in stimulating indoor and outdoor skills and also experience camps and pack holidays.
Enrol your child to become a member of 1st Kettering Parish Church Cub Pack to undertake challenges which in turn earn badges to wear on your uniform. Cubs are usually invested into the pack between 4 & 6 weeks after joining at which time they make their promise and can wear the 1st Kettering burgundy necker.
